Undercurrent Undyne!
Basics:
Loves to have fun, obviously avoids the ocean(regretfully) and a majority of the inhabitants of the island, she doesn’t like pirates, but she does like a majority of people she’s met.
Undyne works with maps, and has a map of the whole island and the places outside of the barrier (from before they were sealed). She will gladly share any information she can to someone that isn’t a pirate. She does wear an eye patch sometimes.
She lives on a stilted house and enjoys swimming in the shallows, she’s aware of all the safe spots from the sea monster.

Ahahah! I suspect she'd use one if she knows she's going out a lot, but most of the time she doesn't need one.. Funny though, while drawing this Undyne I had a brief moment of "wait does UT Undyne have an eye patch or did I make that up???" and had to go make sure lol
