All these people were in such a hurry. I had a long layover, so I just wanted to get out of their way. Watching people is interesting.

I love the movement here...everything seems to be going somewhere! There is also an endless feeling to this corridor. Great colors, perspective, light. Wonderful photo!

This airport corridor has always reminded me of the movie "Blade Runner." it wants to be futuristic, and it once was. Now it's just pleasantly quirky.

I went through here on my way to Phoenix ( usually go direct) I tried to get my Mom to stop washing her hands to get the connection( she had OCD) Don't go in the wrong direction here!

You know how I generally hate air travel. It's not the planes, it's the people. This trip out and back was actually very nice. People in airports are often rude. This time they were nice. I liked Iowa.

Yep! And they play that crazy Asian-sounding version of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. As much as I hate O'Hare, I do like hearing that.

I forgot to tell you something sweet that happened on my trip home. When the plane landed in Chicago, I stood up to put my jacket back on. I was having trouble getting my right arm in my jacket. I felt a hand behind me. It was the hand of a tiny, elderly woman helping me put my jacket on.
People are nice sometimes. When I turned and thanked her, she didn't say a word, but she smiled at me the way that a mother would smile at a son. That was a little moment that I will never forget.
