This is an elaboration from an Ygramul sketch that I've made some time ago.
I was just sketching looking for a way to rappresent Ygramul the many from the neverending story, instead I drew this big one-eye shark. It rapprest everyone's fear, indeed the man who's looking at him, is showing us his shoulders. In the background you can see tree doors, which are the destination of the traveler.
