If you're a watch person, you won't find it strange to see someone messing around with their watch for hours on end.
A good example would probably be me, a literal "addict" to watches! (In the morning, adjust the clock, wind the clock, see how many seconds the automatic mechanical watch is wrong, ...)
In the drawing, Max is setting the clock, and Lina is waiting for him to finish and she seems to be running out of patience with her brother.
