Had quite some fun making a batch of Shadouge art, from which this was the first one! I can only imagine how much Shadow is enjoying himself like this

For this piece, I had to use the "scratch" method of removing ill-placed ink. It was a piece of advice I heard years ago, but never used: when you f**k up your inking, you can use a knife to scratch away the top layer. This is preferred over using whitening to "hide" the mistake. In this case, I really messed up Rouge by putting her mouth up to far, almost below her eye. It made her look like some kind of Betty Boob, but in a bad way..!

So, mouth removed and replaced, making this Bat look like the actual mature woman she is Can't ctrl-z your way out off blunders when inking on paper x)

The paper did act weird after that though. Painting over it proofed to be annoying, but I think it worked out in a way. Besides Shadow, she is also enjoying herself ;3

PS: This is my 100th piece on DA! Woah, pretty cool, since I did legit just 1 piece of artwork in 2022, so Sonic really made me step up on my artgame ❤️
