Appearance:

Matsuki is quite a short person for his age but he is quite a muscular person. His hair is tidy at the front but spreads at the left, right, up, and back hair. For his casual clothes, He will use anything Confortable like a little oversized T-Shirts and would wear any short pants.

He would usually do some regular exercise with his orange tank top with a short pants and that same sneakers. He will sometimes use the same clothes to help his dad to work at a construction side if his dad needs to work Overtime which is after 6P.M.

Personality:

Matsuki is a brave guy with big dedication to be a hero. Although he got positioned in the General Studies, He will try to train harder to get into the Hero Departmen. Even if it isn't possible, he will try his best. Matsuki would be warm hearted with anyone except for those who have a pretty strong quirk. Sometimes he's jealous with those who had quirks and reminds him of who he really is in this world, but that usually being used for motivation to become a stronger person.

Matsuki is ridiculously hate clowns. It all started when he was at his 13 years old and there's some sort of a villain with a clown quirk that try to hostage Matsuki. Although it ended well for Matsuki after a hero saved him, he had quite a nightmare about clowns. Therefore when he sees a clown, He will try to beat the clown up with such hate.

His Parents:

Matsuki's Dad was an Architect and Matsuki's Mother was a House Wife. They were Married at America and Matsuki's Dad became a foreigner in Japan. One day, Matsuki's Dad got a project in Taiwan and went there with his wife. There Jeison was Born.

Jeison's Past:

Matsuki was borned without a quirk. He checked it when he was at the hospital, about his 5 years old. There was nothing interesting in his life until in his 8 year old when his father got fired being a architect because there was an accidental mistake and ended up became a construction worker since he can't find a job.

At his 13 years old, he was held hostage by a villain. Luckily, a hero saved his life and Matsuki is safe unharmed. But Matsuki now finds that being quirkless means helpless in a crime situation, Therefore he started a harsh training. His Dad taught him a few excercise tricks and told him not to overdo it. His Regular training is:

Push ups : 10 Push Ups x 3 (Age 13) - 50 Push Ups x 3 (Age 18)

Sit ups : 10 Sit Ups x 3 (Age 13) - 50 Sit Ups x 4 (Age 18)

Jogging : 200 meters Run (Age 13) - 1 Kilometers Run (Age 18)

Pull Ups : 10 Pull Ups x 3 (Age 13) - 40 Pull Ups x 3 (Age 18)

(He also helps his dad lift and carry heavy materials for the construction site)

Because it needs more time, Matsuki focuses on his Training and less Studying making him Failed to graduate twice. Then after a few Punishments from his father, he had to stop training and focus on the study. (Even so, he did train a little)

Matsuki actually did overdo a little so at the age of 16, because of Matsuki's hard training he stopped growing at his age of 16 resulting of a permanent height of 170 cms.

Extra:

Since his dad got fired, He hadn't got access to internet, all he had was a Nokia (Usually borrows his Mother's Phone to find a martial art or Exercise tips and tricks videos). But after he got accepted to the hero School, He got a gift from His dad which is a mobile Phone and already with a mobile data set to be used.

Weapon, armor, or Tool:
He uses a Red Jacket with a red mask attached to it with 2 Lightweight Iron Pads with a Bulletproof Vest and a little loose jeans with a rubber construction boots.

He uses a Brass Knuckles which is hidden inside the white gloves at his hands to make him punch much more harder since he is quirkless.

As for projectiles, he wouldn't have any. Maybe he'll invent something or ask the support media about it. He might even get a lot of upgrades from them !! (Jet Boots Replica, Focus googles, or something)

With his 5 year of training, he had achieved Physical athlete Basic Stats (He's not an actual Athlete, but he had the basics)

He can punch as heavy as 347kgs worth a weight. (Which is his average punch)

Science Fact : After doing some research, Elite Boxers has an average punch that worth 351kgs and Human are capable to reach the max speed of 60km/h+ Max.
