Evolution Method: Pyroline does not evolve
Sig. Move: Vulcan Fury

Vaporize: Cancels out weather effects except "Vapor and Sunny"
Prevents water type moves from hitting Pyroline and lowers the opponents accuracy by 5%

the reason Pyroline lowers the foes accuracy is cause his ability takes water type moves and uses then to make the Vapor weather, which makes the battle field misty.
