Description
Shaun Paxton is a young physicist who has a dangerous level of brain cancer, who also studies on the cure of cancer by using spider DNA to help impact on the cancer cells and to be able to deteriorate the cells from ever spreading. However, when his discovery went and made a perfect breakthrough, he decided to use this new cure on himself to extract the effective means of his cancer. When the machine that combined his DNA with a Spider DNA it caused a malfunction that spread most of the spider DNA into his body which gave him symptoms similar to Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid. After three major years of his experiment to succeed and save the people who also have cancer, he felt a great loss to himself when he didn't listen to those who tried to save him from experimenting himself. Now, Shaun hides his shame as he hides in the shadows like a ghost. Later, he saw Spider-Man as an advantage to create his own unique way of helping people different from him and soon he became the Spider-Phantom.

What kind of Powers or Abilities does the Spider-Phantom have?
DE-Aging: Shaun Paxton can be able to not only age in his current state, but to still look how old he was before.
Spider Sense: As like with other Spider-Men or Women, he has the ability to use Spider Sense in case of any endangerment that is caused around him.
Electric Shock: Like with Kid Arachnid (aka Mile Morales), he can be able to produce mass amount of energy through the palm of his hands.
Wall Crawling: Like with many of the Web Warriors, he can be able to crawl onto walls or flat surfaces.

What kind of technology does the Spider-Phantom have?
Web-Shooters: Like with the others, he also created his own Web-Shooters and Web-Fluid to use in battle against his enemies.
Infrared Cloaking: On one of his Web-Shooters, Shaun can hide his Heat Signature through any sight of his enemies.
Invisibility Device: Like with the Infrared Cloaking on one of his web-shooters, the Invisibility Device can enable to cloak his whole entire body without any sight from anyone to see him. It can take up .5 seconds to cloak his entire body.
Built-In Camcorder: On his suit, the mask has a built-in camcorder that can record previous actions that were taken by him or his enemy. Not to mention, he can also copy down what evidence is provided and shown in the past video.
Tracker: Spider-Phantom also has a tracker-like system to trace his enemies footsteps of where or when they last arrive to one destination.
