:\ I'm really confused as to how people have the regular sized pictures and then a blown up verion of the same picture in the background. How do you do something like that and what programs can you do it in? I'm new to digittal work and got some supplies for it on my birthday so the software I have for it is Corel Paint Shop Pro X, Adobe Photoshop Elements 5, and Corel Painter Essentials.

i did! it's awsome! such a good mix of mediums! i tend to stick with photo shop cause i find it far easyer than vectors. but i think i might give vectors a shot, it can't be THAT difficult once good with the line tool.
