Wow! Awesome coloring and character, man! But, is it just me, or are the fingers on the right hand just a tid bit too slim? Meh, it's probably just me. ^^'

She's just showing more of the back of her left hand. I really like this; it's well painted and shaded, with well-proportioned (as far as manga/anime goes) anatomy.

You haven't encouraged critique, but then again, you haven't discouraged it either, so here it goes.
(remember, I'm not taking a shot at you, I'm just suggesting ways to improve your technique, which is always good for an artist to continue growing in their expertise)
With proportions, I think the neck is a little too far to the left, and should be closer to the right shoulder.
The breasts are noticeably different in size. This is of course natural in the real world, as most pairs of breasts are infact unequal in size, but I'm supposing you want them to be equal in size, since this is a manga style drawing. The breast on the left should be larger than the breast on the right, but only slightly so that it suggest depth, and not an actual size discrepancy.
The arm on the right looks a little thicker than the arm on the left, but this may be mainly due to different approaches on the tonal ranges of the two arms.
Which brings us to colours and tonal range. I do like the colour scheme you've used, but the tones are a little flat in some areas, and looks a little unbalanced in others, (e.g. one arm is given lots of tonal range, the other not so much).
For the red tones of the outfit, try some dark blue, or purple for the shades, and yellow and orange for the tints. You've already done some shade work, which is great, but it looks like it could do with some more shade range, because it gets darker to a point, and then just goes flat. Look at the left side of the body underneath the arm to see what I mean.
The areas of skin, especially the face, look largely untouched by your shading and tinting. They've got a little bit, but due to the heavier tonal work on the outfit, it looks unbalanced.
