Thank you a lot. In the bricks i make the pattern in the Illustrater and copy -> paste in the Photoshop. Click (Ctrl+t) to transform shape then press ctrl at to point of the box you can oblique the shape if you want.

I learning it form the japanese picture's guide (color ,paint's style and tecnique). I wanna make practice's guide too but i not have more skill to write this in the Eng language. So i will make it soon.

Just so you know, maxwindy uses (I'd guess) Adobe Photoshop CS, which is pretty good.
I love the pic as well, I'll never get as good as you maxwindy.
