I definitely don't put Toriel and Asgore back together, but in my mind, Asgore is getting over her and she has semi-forgiven him. The both have a Frisk to raise, after all. We should all give King Fluffybuns a break. Not like Toriel's plan was any better. What was it again? Oh yeah. Crossing the barrier as a super monster and just taking six random ass souls!

Actually, if you think about it, Asgore never actually wronged anyone. At least, not that we know of. All we know for certain is that Toriel left him because of his angry ramblings at humans for Asriel's death. She got fed up with him wanting humanity to pay for their son's death and she outright left him.

Well she left also for the fact that he could of used the human soul to pass through the barrier instead of
getting all 7 human souls.

Truth be told; it's nice to see a bit of fan art that acknowledges that it's over between Asgore and Toriel.
The two are cute together; but that spark died out quite a long while ago and was kinda doused
repeatedly by Asgore's actions/inactions.
Still sad to see him in that sad state though.
