Actually, it very well could be that easy. Think about it, Sans loses his magic when he arrives in this world, while Chara gains magic. We can deduce from that that whatever brought them into this universe altered them to fit the rules of that world. In this world, humans have magic instead of monsters. This must also mean that monsters have determination instead of humans. Therefore it is likely that Sands gained determination to replace his magic whike Chara lost her determination when she got her magic

There is one thing I do not understand so far... Why have "Monster"-Frisk some red Hands too? Are they not Inocent or does the Child play with red color?

As the writer says this isn't overtale it's his own au were monsters don't have magic but humans do and the humans were the ones sealed underground not the monster's. That's all I have to say

hm. im a bit confused. cause well. based on that hp bar that went down. it doesnt show the Purple/pink(not exactly sure) dps thing in a normal genocide fight with sans. does that mean your sans doesnt have the K.R thingy? also they look cool btw. and i think alphys's appearance was rather spot on. welp all i can do now is Grit my teeth and await Jan. 12....what day is it today.
