Nice scene and details, though the proportions need some work. Since you asked for a critique I'll tell you what I see. Feel free to disregard if you don't want to work on it anymore.
Most notably, her arms are too narrow starting from the under arm and moving downward, and her hands need to be much bigger. A good reminder of the ratio of typical hand size to face size is to place a fingertip on the center of your forehead and note that the base of your palm reaches the base of your chin. In this position, your spread fingers cover most of your face, too. This is the proportion to look for when drawing hands.
I would also widen her ribs a little just under her bust, so that her ribcage tapers down to her hips. (See the glowing edge around her? Right under her bust, I'd like to see her ribs as wide as the edge of the glow, tapering down to where the lowermost rib "gill" is now.)
And one more detail point: Rutela has only one set of vents on her shoulders. They look cool as doubles, but if you want to be more accurate you could remove the top vents.
