i finally got to see the movie, my friend kept going on about it, he just would not shut up (yes a guy). it is an awesome epic movie. Max and Flynn are so funny.

Family photo! Brilliant work. What I love is that the character designs and quirks are immediately recongisable, and yet this is clearly your own style. I like that Maximus is clearly trying hard to keep that mood in check. I enjoyed the film, even if it wasn't as good as the Renaissance movies of 1988 - 1999. The lantern scene out on the lake made me cry. And I think after that, I'm crying a lot easier at movies than I used to.

You're welcome, and that scene was heartbreaking too. The king and the queen didn't need to say anything; they looked so sad because it had been so many years since they lost their princess, and they were about to give up hope.
