^^ me too, but I bought me a anatomy sketch book x3 it's realyy cool. But I also do something wrong xD specialy arms. Sometimes when I find some anatomic sketchs on pages i safe them as examples.

You have just to learn some artist tricks, that's all X) Or just ask directly to some artists. Unuckily an anatomy sketch book isn't enough. But speaking with the others, youìll learn some tricks, usefull tricks!

Unh, if you want learn well... AVOID mangas and japanese stuff. The best thing are photos of real people or, well, someone that could stay still for you and be drawn X°D If you're learning to draw, mangas aren't good as reference. At least you can use them for the style but not to learn anatomy. For poses is good too, but not for the studies of the body

Yup, as I said: for poses is good X)
But about the anatomy, I reccomend to look at the greek statues, some of them are perfect for the anatomy. Not only for the proportion but also for the muscles.
For example, we studied the statue of en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laoco%C3… . You can see almost every single muscle and learning them is very important if you want draw a good male body (Just ignore the Dragon ball ones, they're horrible X°D).
