i only have paint tool sai for now.. i have to save up and to get photoshop.. only then will i be able to get the hair i really want to do.

Aw, I want Paint Tool Sai but all I have is GIMP and that's just basically ghetto photoshop. Well, it's free so I can't really complain but it's kinda... stupid.
