As a young cat, Ripplestep was just as much as a reckless daredevil as her son Sparrowpaw. She had an adventurous spark and if there was trouble to be found, it was guaranteed that Ripplestep would find it.As an apprentice she often got in trouble with her mentor for sneaking off or pulling reckless and dangerous stunts that were liable to get her hurt or even killed. Even though she has mellowed with age, Ripplestep is still a sassy and fiery warrior who has a love for gossip. She is friendly and outgoing and cares about the well-being of all of her clanmates. Someone has a problem?Well expect Ripplestep to be there, trying to help solve it. With her outgoing and sociable personality, combined with a love of flirting, it is no surprise that Ripplestep attracted a lot of suitors as an apprentice and young warrior. However, out of all of them, she choose Eaglewind to be her mate.

Kithood [0-5 moons]

From the moment she was born, Ripplestep was very much loved and cared for...
Morningblaze and Bluebird were a happy, older couple who had been trying for many many moons to have kits without much success. They loved eachother deeply, but despite that, they felt that something was missing from their lives. And both cats were pretty sure that that thing was a kit or several. The couple had almost given up when Ripplekit came along. Her birth was not an easy one, but in the end both mother and daughter pulled through.

From a young age, it was clear that Ripplekit was quite curious and indeed a bit of a troublemaker. It seemed that from the moment she was able to walk, the young kit was always trying to sneak out of the nursery and explore. Not that her parents loved her any less for it, even if it did mean they had to be extra vigilant.

Ripplekit was quick to make friends with the others kits, and soon became quite popular. She loved the attention and company that being with others provided her, although she never truly allowed it to go to her head. Ripplekit was growing up fast and even as a kit already showing promise, having become quite clever when it came to playing games with the other kits, as well as sneaking up on and ambushing her unsuspecting parents.

Apprenticeship [6-12 moons]
Ripplekit, now Ripplepaw, was apprenticed to Lilywish. She was a younger she-cat whose first apprentice run away before they could become a warrior and was looking to prove herself. Ripplepaw seemed to be the perfect cat for her to do that with. The young she-cat quickly began to show promise as a warrior, becoming a steathly hunter and a strong fighter. Lilywish couldn't be prouder of her apprentice and this sense of pride, well, it started going to Ripplepaw's head. She felt as if she was invicinable, that she could do anything and she began to become reckless as a result.

Ripplepaw's popularity as a kit had carried over into her apprenticeship and she was very popular. Of course, part of that was because of all of her showing off. Showing off which often included dangerous stunts, such as jumping off of the cliffs next to the waterfall. This stunt proved to be nearly fatal and resulted with Ripplepaw being stuck in the medicine den for several moons with a badly broken leg. Not that it diminished her spirits at all, although she was more careful afterwards. Still, this incident did nothing to harm the she-cat's popularity and it seemed that she was constantly surrounded by friends. Still, Ripplepaw was a smart cat and she knew that she was beautiful. She certainly wasn't oblvious to the fact that several of her fellow feelings for her. And while she may have recipercated some of their feelings, she didn't feel very inclined to act on them. She had a brief relationship with another apprentice, a fiery she-cat named Flashpaw, but it never went anywhere and the two soon broke off the relationship.

Towards the end of her apprenticeship, Ripplepaw had another near death experience. This time it was a scuffle with a fox over a piece of prey. The young she-cat fought long and hard and refused to give up and was eventually able to kill the fox by drowning it the lake. She was victorious, but gravelly injuried and only managed to drag herself a small ways back towards camp before collasping. If it had not been for a near by patrol that had heard the fight and had come to invesigate, it's likely she would have died. But Ripplepaw managed to pull through once again and once she was better, she was awarded her warrior name for her bravery.

Warrior/Medicine Cat [12-Current Age]
Ripplepaw was made a warrior and given the warrior name Ripplestep. Young and beautiful, she still had many admirer and even several offers of a relationship, but Ripplestep denied them all. She just, she wasn't ready yet. She wanted to enjoy her newly found freedom as a warrior before she thought about settling down and having a family. It didn't take long her to realize though that it wasn't only warriors that had feelings for her and that infact, she had attract the attention of Eaglepaw, a tom apprentice only about 3 moons younger than her. She could tell he had feelings for her but she never tried to approach him. She was a warrior afterall and he was only an apprentice. So instead she waited and went on with her life as a warrior.

Soon Eaglepaw became Eaglewind and it wasn't long before tom began to flirt with and court Ripplestep. This time she didn't push away his advances. She was ready for a mate and well, she would be lying she didn't admit that she shared the tom's feelings. Soon their relationship blossom and they were involve, despite Eaglewind's siblings trying to keep them apart. Ripplestep never paid them much attention. She was happy with Eaglewind and that was all that mattered.Soon they became mates, and not long after, Ripplestep became pregnant with her first litter. She gave birth to only one kit, whom she and Eaglewind named Cricketkit. Ripplestep hated being couped up in the nursery, but it was made all the better by the constant attentions of her mate.Nevertheless, Ripplestep was relieved when Cricketkit was finally made an apprentice and she could go back to her warrior duties for a time.Still, that didn't prevent Ripplestep from happily agreeing to have a second litter near the end of Cricketpaw's apprenticeship. This time she gave birth to three kittens,Copperkit,Dapplekit and Ivykit, whom she loved dearly. It wasn't long after they were out of the nursery that she had her final litter, consisting of three kits, Finchkit,Dovekit and Sparrowkit. She loved them just as much as her other litters, although she was especially found of the young Sparrowkit, who seemed to share her spirit.
