My favorite. <3I drew it less chubby because I always found it strange how heavy Raichu looks compared to Pikachu, especially since both are supposed to be agile mouse Pokemon. I mean, can you picture a Raichu running on its four paws? It would probably accidentally fall over and start rolling away.
