Description
You know who's a seriously underappreciated Kirby character? Captain Vul. You'd think Meta Knight's second-in-command would get a little more attention within the fandom. Instead, he's barely recognized.I'm a bit biased, though. I roleplay and run an ask blog* for him.
Somehow, in just the past few months, he's gone from a character I hardly noticed (remembering him only as "that bird guy who made the awesome face once") to my second favorite, shunting Marx aside. I'm not sure what happened, exactly, but I love the cap'n.*Shameless self-promotion time: [link]

Man, you're right, this guy is underrated. I like bird characters...and I couldn't even remember this guy's name, didn't know he had one.
I never really understand why it was a must to get rid of Kirby, he was really into getting rid of him. Oh well, I loved destroying the ship piece by piece and watching him freak out in the text box lol.

It's nice when people remember him. He actually didn't have a name in the original SNES release, but was given one in Super Star Ultra.

It's not surprising; he only appeared in Kirby Super Star and its remake, and like I said, he doesn't get a lot of recognition even within the fandom.
