Taking this page and Part 3 into consideration, I think it's pretty clever how you subtly included elements of Voldemort, Snape, and Harry into your character design for the three brothers:
Antioch being bald like Voldemort and having a need to prove his superiority over Death.
Cadmus being arrogant yet in reality doing what he did for love and having a mustache like Snape (book Snape had a stache IIRC)
Ignotus looking like an older version of Harry and being the humblest.
It really goes to show just how similar the brothers were to these three in terms of how they faced Death.
