This is a very visually interesting piece and really fits into the a.deviantart.net/avatars/d/r/d⦠" alt=" " title="dragongirls-club"/>.
But aside from the contest, there is some good detail put into the clothing, jewelry, and hair and face. Though it is a manga-like style, I really like her face. Her eyes look sad but her mouth does not hint at pure misery. It is as though she is in deep thought.
The black rose petals also add to the scene, adding an atmosphere of emotion. It is as though she has feelings inside she is afraid to share with the world. I also like the subtlety of the scene, her expression, the details, and her hand placed on the wall. It's not as though she is in deep depression and anguish with what goes on around her but you feel something. That something is up for interpretation. Maybe it is shame or loneliness, since the title is "exiled".
You really have created what I think is a model goth dragon-girl. Not too much busy detail in costume and not too much drama but enough to create a goth atmosphere. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/t/t⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

I will certainly say this is an impressive piece for its purpose. My first thought was demonic, but it also works equally well for a black dragon of some variety. The piece is elegant but with a faint ... dusty feel for lack of a better word. I like it quite a bit.
