Specialty: Magic (spellcasting) & Battle Strategy

Abilities:
- Spellcasting: With the help of the magic inside the stones in his rings, Heiden can utilize spellcaster magic. Heiden is limited to making small-medium sized weapons. He can also shield himself, but the magic is fairly weak and will only withstand a few blasts.
- Portals: Heiden is adept in using his spellcasting magic to make portals that allow him to traverse short distances (max: 1 mile). Because it uses a lot of energy, he cannot use any magic for at least half an hour afterwards.
- Hand-to-hand combat: Heiden used to get into a lot of fights when he was younger, so he trained everyday to defend himself. Therefore, he is skilled in close combat, although his skills are raw and unrefined.

Biography:
Heiden was always very stubborn and always spoke his mind. He was a loud kid with a lot of energy. Because he had differing views from many people, he would always get in fist fights with them, not knowing how to properly express himself. To him, words meant nothing, and you could solve nothing by talking.

When he was a teenager, almost a young adult, he left his home, not wanting to deal with the rules his household set. He joined gangs, but eventually left them all, not finding that to be fitting for him. He was eventually recruited by a mysterious figure named Rosenkreutz who gave him a place to live and food to eat, in return for doing obscure favors. At first, the favors were small, but they soon escalated. Rosenkreutz gave Heiden jobs that involved traveling to different planets and galaxies to help in any way he could. They were mostly battling in wars and whatnot. Soon, he had a partner, but they got off on bad terms. As time passed and they completed more missions together, they became close, and Heiden's personality became much more calm. He was less violent and rash.

However, as time passed, Heiden soon grew tired of handling all these jobs with just the two of them, so he proposed that they create an organization dedicated to what they were doing. His partner declined, leaving him to build the organization on his own. Heiden brought together an elite group of fighters of all skills and The Commissioners was born.

Miscellaneous:
- Heiden's promise rings were forced upon him by his previous superior, who was pretty much 100% done with Heiden's lying and rebellious nature. He is forced to wear those rings and cannot take them off. The promise rings force Heiden to tell the truth, although how much of the truth is up to him, and he can twist words around, as long as he is not lying.
