It's not brutal ots a tactical use of force in other words charge them down with oc fogger and batons thos is how we should put down riots no joke with tanks firing rubber bullets from the machine guns

Cant understand why people hate the police.
The Riot Officers often have a reason for brutal attacks.
And Rioters make such a mess in the streets and rob shops.
Adn then the police is blamed for brutal counterattacks.

The composition feels a little off - I feel if you brightened the values in the foreground quite a bit and gave it a little more saturation (a nice rich glow where the sun hits the dog's fur, etc) it would look brilliant
