Eesh...THIS is awesomely perfect? It's a beautifully stylized painting but it worries me that hyper skinny with tits is some sort of ideal.

Of course, ideals are very subjective. But as a medical student, I can say a few things about the health of such a person - there are no bones visible TOO clearly, the skin isn't saggy, and it's clean, the eyes aren't sunken (all of that would be the case in case of malnutrition) and so on.
I think that most people like women who have slighlty "rounder" forms - and that's okay. Though many people nowadays are just FAT, in my opinion. And Society tolerates it, and even worse - I read things like "you are great the way you are, no matter what" everywhere. That's what I think is terrible. I work a lot on my own body and health (as a man) and it makes me sick if really fat and overweight, untrained women are declared as perfeclty fine "in their own way". That's just wrong.
