A commissioned work in progress - Ash Ketchum getting arrested by Officer Jenny with Jessie and James laughing their butts off.Now believe it or not, I have NEVER drawn any of these characters before.
The biggest challenge of course was Ash and Officer Jenny - getting the proportions and perspective just right. Team Rocket were relatively simple.
Why is Ash being arrested?
My guess is public drunkeness.
