Ew, I'm sorry for spamming you with NT Chibis 8D But I really really want to get them done now that I'm in the mood to do so...
Anyway, this is New Threat's RES, the Rogue Extermination Squad. It's a new division that was founded to exterminate evil hollows while providing protection for the much kinder ones. And that's the Captain and founder, Raimaru Kazekami and his Lieutnant Alaina Seran.
Since the reference picture of Rai got taken down before I could save it I drew him more or less from memory
So like I said Card-shark, tell me if the hairstyle or anything is wrong, and I'll change it... :3I love those inverted Haoris. So awesome.

Actually no, that's her old outfit... The only new thing about it is the Lieutnant badge.
It be "Gacela" which simply means gazelle... kinda based her off them, you know, because they're also pretty shy and fast with running away.
