What batch does this baby fall in? I want to plot my OCs, specifically Matthew, Aria's older brother, because he's more sociable than her and more used to the Legion.

I think Matthew would see him as a kind of kouhai and younger brother, and tries to be in contact with him. Maybe Herb can be part of his circle of spies outside the Legion to keep track of what's happening? Matthew is a higher-up and senior officer in the Legion; he also keeps a circle of spies for information and he treats them well. Aria is a fiery little tomboy, she needs a lot of older-brother love since Matthew is not with her and she wants family so bad.
