I originally wanted to put her D-Wheel in the background, but it looks like I deleted the gimp-file by accident, and I really didn't feel like drawing the damned thing all over again >_< So here we go with what is probably the lamest 'background' in the whole wide world...

She kinda harsh, but friendly. Se's kind of bossy.
Her duelling style is like mine and my brothers, patience.

I see :/ Hmm... only idea I have is that Sora could mistake Miho (or the other way round) for an enemy at first (for whatever reason there is), but they become friends after Sora realizes that she got the wrong person... Or I could make up another OC, someone mean an evil for her to defeat.

Rule number 1 about using other people's OC's: Don't kill them.

Well, she didn't really get through... She was taken to the Facility in Neo Domino after she got caught by Security, and after her prison sentence was over they just threw her out and so she was more or less stranded in Neo Domino. 
The most important rule of all.

Sora's the type to stay out of trouble, so she wouldn't be in the facility.
She's from a rich family, so she knows how to act around law enforcement.
However, she is also a bit of a loner. She doesn't have many friends, and usually wander Neo Domino by herself.
How about this:
Sora was wandering and saw Miho wandering around in Alley ways.
Miho had been throw out, but some of the Facility guards had replaced her deck with some old no good one.
Assuming she had escaped from the Facility, Sora confronts Miho and battles.
Miho, not having her usual deck, was at a terrible disadvantage.
After winning, Sora take Miho back to facility where they tell her Miho was release.
Sora apologizes and offers her a place to stay until Miho's ready to return to Satellite.
Next day, Sora returns to the Facility and get Miho's real cards back and then asks Miho if she knows how to Turbo Duel?
This story will give Sora's personality, and say how Miho gets a Runner.
