Honker the Skunk from Conker's Pocket Tales.My opinion is that he was probably in Conker's Twelve Tales too!
Based his *only* coloured appearance in the final credits of the final game refereed above. Though the game, his sprite is not defined enough to distinguish. For a child's game, he is quite rude as he mock Conker and... actually killed somebody.

At the beginning of it's development yes, when it was known as Conker 64 or Conker's Twelve Tales. It was a child game, with cute and adorable music and character and no vulgarities. They changed drastically the game after several harsh critiques.Β

There's one on the gameboy Color called Conker's Pocket Tales, I highly recommend it, it's fun and plus it makes us see so much beta stuff of Conker's Bad Fur Day! Thanks!

In Conker's Pocket Tales, when you arrive first at Vulture Town you are looking for the sheriff (If I remember correctly) then you find him in his house, dying; he was shot by Honker. (But then you are caught "red-handed" and all that jazz haha)
