i saw it around internet and have read a bit about the thing
i must say, im split between two different thoughts
one is that on anime (or in general graphic art) style, for not being very practical and despite the fact that superpopular memes tend to become tiring... it looks cool and very very sexy XD
on the other hand, when i got to read the reason why it was introduced in Japan, i was like "... wut? seriously? >.<" xD
