Cause I need more new characters right? Actually this girl's origins go back quite a ways, several years in fact. She is the main antagonist in the second half of Stormbreak's story. Originally this character was actually two male wolf brothers, then maned wolf twins and, now, a singular character with enchantments. The purpose of the character has remained the same throughout the years though. So without giving too much away and to make things less of a boring read, here's a heavily abridged version of what happened:

Loooooooooooong ago there was a great war and yada yada, stuff happened and one of the 8 embodiments of nature was killed. This was seen as a a major faux pas and thus the war ended. However, one of the key components leading to the death of nature was good ol' Bringer of Stillness who was all in a fuss about being a demon and wanted revenge which she sorta got but then was killed a second time, so you see how well that went for her. Bringer was resurrected again years later by an errant lightning strike and was free to wreak havoc again, but the other embodiments of nature were like "no, stop, you suck" and banished her to "The Veil," which is basically demon prison where you can see what is happening in the real world but you can't interact with it. So it was really a bummer for Bringer. Enter Ezra. Ezra was born a runt in a litter of 5 and was always the outcast and last to eat. She grew to resent others and crave any sort of power. One day, while chasing prey, she had a bit of a drop off a cliff which resulted in her getting a dent in the head and some groovy trauma caused heterochromia. But wait, there's more. Because of contrived plot execution, her eye gave her the power to see into the veil. Being able to see demons is generally seen as a sign of craziness and she was ostracized even more for her powers. She fled far from her homeland and by sheer luck (?) managed to find "the Rift" which is the thinnest point in the veil. There she met Bringer, who was able to speak to her through the Veil and granted Ezra toxic powers to take the lives of the spirits that inhabited the real world which would act as fuel for Bringer, helping restore her to full power and thus letting her break free from the veil. Well lo and behold, Ezra turned out to be really good with her nifty swifty powers and cleared out a whole slew of spirits and enabled Bringer to return to the real world and they became super douche bffs and decided to kill all the remaining embodiements of nature. Then Stormbreak and Dune came along, busted their asses and led to Bringer losing all of her powers and Ezra being trapped in the Veil. So ends phase 2 of Storm's story.
