Distribution: Inhabit various regions. There are three subspecies; Arctic, Plains, and Forest (most common and second largest; live only in TROPICAL forests.)
Diet: Primarily carnivorous though they will eat fruit and some plant matter occasionally.
Size and Appearance: Knuckle beasts are large, Andrewsarchus-sized, mammal-like reptiles with muscular shoulders and hindquarters and a distinctive loping gait. They normally have two horns but some may be polycerate. The max number of horns observed on a single individual was 24. Females are significantly larger and far more aggressive than males and exhibit larger horns and brighter colors. Their primary color is orange but the intensity of coloration depends on their position in the social hierarchy in a pack. Their most distinctive features are their lack of eyes and their enlarged claws used to bring d
