The only reason I'm posting this is because I promised I would before I left DA. This is my CalARTS admission shot.

I think the message is clear.

EDIT 2023:

This photo changed the course of my life - I was admitted to CalARTS for CSSSA on the basis of this and one other slide and it cemented my piss-and-vinegar political attitude of the Bush years, echoing my parents anti-war pacifist views from their youth resisting the war in Vietnam.

CSSSA made me realize I needed to leave home to grow so I did - the following summer I packed up and moved on, never to go home again.

These days I'm not nearly as in your face political, but when the topic of war comes up I can't help but to remember this instict to resist - the toll of war is never paid by the old, but by the young.
