Marseille je krásné město, trochu jsem se obávala, protože se o něm říká ledacos (špína, cizinci atd.)ale je to jedno z nejčistším měst co jsem viděla. Škoda jen, že jsme tam měli málo času a vlastně jsme viděli jen přístav a město z výšky od Notre dame de la Garde, což je kostel na kopci nad městem. Určitě by stálo za to tam pobýt aspoň týden

No, the waters around the fort are not higher than the sea level, it is an optical illusion, I think, maybe the sea there is deeper and it causes the satured blue colour. And you can read more about the fort here : [link]
