Long time no see, yeah? Yeah I'm alive and I REALLY MISSED YOU LOT GUYS!

Ok-ok, I have some news for you.

I've changed my name to mc2lane-adopts because now this account will be for adoptables only.

My life has pulled me in a hundred different directions, but I'm back where I started. I'm back to the birds!
(haha who remembers my cutie birdies?)
Bird-like creatures have been an inspiration to me for a long time...

So now... I'm starting a new exciting species project I'm working on with scottishire !

   MANABIRDS PROJECT! — we can make the world magic!

“they say that in the spring you can find small footprints all around the rainy woods and hear chirping… from birds? some veteran hunters claim these were no birds but some other creatures. they would hop around the trees like squirrels and their eyes would glow in the dark like those lights that haunt the swamps…”

Manabirds are small magical bird-like creatures that can be met across all worlds. They are a natural source of magic, you can even say that they generate magic. Manabirds’ blood has a cerulean tint. It also has magical powers which is why Manabirds are constantly hunted down. They can breathe magical fire with their glowing mouths as if they were small dragons. This breath fills artefacts, potions and other objects with magic.
These birds are basically living magic powerhouses!

Manabirds don’t have their own world, they breed in any place out there. However, they prefer to group in flocks and usually stay closer to the nature, for example, in isolated woods. Such woods are called Manawoods and can be found in any of your universes.

Because of that your little birdies can join in on any story with other creatures and species, building fascinating relationships and storylines!

This time we desired start something really big and fascinating. We plan on including adopts, breeding, contests, prompts, advent-calendars and a lot of fun things (maybe ARPG? it sounds like a herculean task but I really think about that!)

Here is a preview of some October adopts that I will be posting on my gallery over the next few weeks.
