The reason Vahl has band aids on her face, is because she was an adventurous kid. And she was a bit of an inexperienced one at that, so she would always get hurt.

I know what he uses for Vahl, its Ethereal Elven Overhaul, and I dont think that there is a male version. I do know of a mod that replaces all male faces with 2048x textures, and that looks amazing.

There is the eye shadow option in character creation I believe, so maybe. I still need to reinstall it, but Im waiting until this weekend because it uses up alot of interweb power so I have to do it at night so my parents dont yell at me.

His unkempt hair. You might need a hair mod for that cuz all the vanilla hair suck lol. I imagine him having eyes like Vahl, so blue instead of the usual red. He has to have his little chin beard thing. A scar over his right eye as such.
As for clothing. He's a Stormcloak so either the Stormcloak armor (without helmet) or some modded Stormcloak armor.
For weapons, give him an Elven sword with a shock enchantment (it's where he gets the nickname Stormblade)
Also an expert level knowledge in random destruction and restoration spells.
Stuff like that.
