After his duel with Vahlok, Miraak is whisked away to Apocrypha by Hermaeus Mora, spared from death. The mighty First Dragonborn, he whose Thu'um is the strongest, sheds a few tears. A bond thicker than blood and a lifetime in the making, torn apart in the matter of a few fateful days. He stares into the endless sea that is Apocrypha, longingly. Filled with regret, he is forced to accept reality and the consequences of his actions. He takes one step at a time, through the never-ending library of Apocrypha, and he now knows too late, that there is no going back.
