So this is how I have been lately in my game. I don't want to do quest, most of them are boring or involve me bouncing back and fourth = P= So I have just been running around killing stuff >D I've killed Caesar, ever Legion in any Legion camp, Deathclaw Alpha, Deathclaw Mother, Legendary Gecko, Legendary Nightstalker, Any Cazador I see XD On my way to kill the Legendary Cazador and then take on the 10 or 15 Deathclaws to get the Enclave armor >3 Raul is getting annoyed with me XDRaul (c) Fallout New Vegas

Nope, a challenge. Lord Death is the first challenge, kill 300 (or something high like that) enemies. Swings you a nice perk by itself (you do more damage to everything... Because you like to kill everything), and LDoMM is the next leg of that challenge, accomplished when you kill 700 enemies on top of what you already killed.
All of this comes without any DLC. And going by your apparent passion for killing everything that happens to hove into your field of vision, you might have gotten this and not realized it.

I like to take him around and see if he'll say anything new. Try Sunset Sarsaparilla Factory for the first time and he's like, "It's like looking into a mirror except tacky and festooned with cowboys!"

That's pretty much what I do. I hit Level 20, then get the Explorer perk, so I can find all these NEW LOCATIONS.
Most of which are filled with higher level enemies. Oh well!
