Not to be an engineering dick but..... those machine guns in the wings are going to shoot off the canards. They look to be on the same level. And when they rotate in flight (elevators), then they will definitely be in the way of the guns.

I like it.
The vibration problems for this sort of arrangement were sorted out with the Aircobra and Kingcobra.
Also, it could incorporate a canon as those aircraft did.

Honestly, it reminds me more of the Dornier DO-35 more than the P-51. All I see of the P-51 is in the cockpit, nose and propeller and the invasion stripes. The silver metal finish could come from a lot of other planes.
Regardless, it looks fast, maneuverable, and deadly
