EDIT (4/9/19): The move "Sweet Scent" can summon the weather condition "Sweet Fog:"
Sweet Fog: A powerful scent invades the battlefield, soothing all Pokemon to the point where they can finetune their senses. Attacks to and from all Pokemon active in battle will never miss for as long as the condition lasts. The condition works differently for different Pokemon:
- Bug-type moves usually strike first.
- Grass-type Pokemon and Psychic-type Pokemon recover their H.P. by 1/16th after every turn.
- Fairy-Type Pokemon become immune to status conditions.
- Moves Petal Blizzard and Petal Dance receive +25% boost in power.
- Moves Floral Healing and Flower Shield apply their effects on all types, including Grass.

Admittedly, I had to look up the reference, though now I know what you mean. As finding a mate is their primary prerogative, I can see their dedication becoming something not uncommon in your typical damsel-in-distress plot. They are simple-minded that way.
