Yeah, because he felt responsible for the death of his wolf mother. Half of it was his fault because he listened to the monkeys who were tricking him so Shere Khan can get to him-Chil tells his wolf mother that Mowgli was followed some monkeys-she knows it's Shere Khan's doing. His wolf mother tries to back Shere Khan off which she ends up getting killed.
Really felt bad for Mowgli. Shouldn't have blamed himself, blame Shere Khan-he got those monkeys into trapping you, he killed your mom

Yeah I know. He did feel very gulty but after seeing his wolf sister hurt did it make him relize that running away is just as bad.

All it takes to threaten a big evil tiger. Bunch of sticks, matches and create a bonfire to trap it. Hold a firestick.

Even they accept him. They were jerks to him during the movie-but they were good to him in the end-but Mowgli chooses to go to the humans.

I know. After losing so much but Gaining more including the complete and total appreciation and respect of all the Animals he chooses to go to the Humans. That Ending really ticked me off.

I like the end in the Second Jungle Book movie (1997) when Mowgli chose to stay with his wolf pack.
