Yep, God I love this scene so much. You can see that coil getting tighter so much that its arching his back, Kaa just milking this moment!

Yes Kaa does Slowly squeezing tighter around him, his arm shirts closer onto his belly as the tighten grip grasps tight shaking a bit. Mowgli is sooth by this slither hug on him
