Try researching for the secret of Chaos emerald , gaining some knowledge to develop the world peace. Still at risk , paying a sight on chaos emerald is surronded by foes. It's 3D Max again. Since I'm suck at Drawing BG , I avoid drawing it directly.
Well , it's made from Loft with 2 circles and 1 polygon-type cylinder. The mapping is done in PS , worry not about the mapping , it's simple via transforming.

I should have added the "far-BG" [details behind the desk and bookshelf] but I've no more brain to do it. For the researching platform Tails stood on , it's created by 3D Max 9 , the 3D modeling program.
Silver is an assistant researcher so he stood outside the hatch , checking for the error.
