You know what you do when your life ball deflates? You use the pump and inflate it with positivity!

And sometimes it bounces back straight to your face...

In my case you'll want to stay away. Mine explodes on impact, goes splat like a scoop of ice cream, or shatters like a glass ball.

Your life is defective. Just get a new one. Nobody said you couldn't do that.

Have you thrown a glass ball? If you throw it hard against a stone floor, it will either shatter or fly off into space.

Hey, but on the drawing it looks like it'sΒ malleable, like clay - this means that, instead of bouncing it around, you can shape it yourself!
In that regard, everyone's "life ball" is made out of different "materials", but can be changed in one way or another. If it's a glass ball - hey, that means that it's already shiny and polished, glass balls are pretty okay. Clay is malleable and can be fixed in a desirable shape; metal is harder to work with and may require some serious heat, but is tough once you're done; some balls won't be reshaped, but can be used as a base for other materials, etc.
Well I'm unnecessarily philosophical today, eh?

Been there; flobbled that.
I've always hated the "inspirational" sayings that people use to distance themselves from someone who's hurting. Have you read DO GRIZZLY BEARS WEAR UNDERPANTS, who characterizes clinical depression as carrying around a couple of visibly dead fish while everyone around you is helpfully telling you that of COURSE you'll find your fish; you just need to try harder!

Mines would've exploded and the smoke forms the shape of a middle finger and a message that says: 'YOU SHOULD'VE TRIED HARDER!'

They don't tell you that nothing is gonna work without hard work. Either you cover that ball in rubber yourself or you gotta find out the hard way that you should have covered in with rubber first.

There's only so far you can go with a positive message. Life isn't perfect, but that's what makes life worth living to the fullest.
