Those are strays of hair. If you download the full image, it is more visible.
To generate the natural look of the hair, I used d-force, an engine that takes gravity and movements into account to pose the hair.

It's a really good rendition of Hell, and as always, your attention to detail is excellent. But you should add her to a *lot* more groups -- this pretty lady needs to be seen
