While waiting for the OpenCL Module to work, I'm testing a new render mode of Reality 2.0, the "Photon Map".By sacrificing some quality, it's faster: rendering time is now around 4-5 hours, slightly better than the previous 8-12 hours.

Il camion sembra sempre un po' giocattoloso, sarΓ che nelle zone grigie secondo me ci sarebbero bene delle texture che simulino lo "sporco", come ci sono in altre zone del modello. Il risultato Γ¨ bello perΓ².

Non Γ¨ male, sarΓ che non ho l'occhio allenato e non ci capisco niente di 3d, ma a me sembra che la qualitΓ non sia molto diversa dalle immagini precedenti! L'effetto Γ¨ bellissimo, soprattutto sulle costruzioni.

Conosco abbastanza bene il photon map con Carrara, non posso darti molti consigli, dipende da come Γ¨ strutturato il motore di render, ma posso garantirti che giocandoci un po' potrai ottenere buoni risultati e diminuire ulteriormente il tempo.

I was thinking to create some shaders for the internal parts and a more polished effect for the external body parts.
Don't know if to make another texture or some masks and play with advanced shaders... 
But first of all I'm very slow, too little time, so I don't know if and when I'll focus on it.
