RealPaints shader is for the metal of the car. The Toon SSS shader is used for the skin. And... yes, it creates this look, but only because I used a high value for the "velvet skin" effect. There are darker skins available.

I dunno, I feel it looks better without those, for the girl mainly.
when it has no shades it felt more realistic.
