This is the Dark Gaia in a diminished or fairy form named Mint.

She is a tomboy with a blunt perspective on life, but she does have softer side towards those she befriends such as Chip, Shadow and Sonic. She gets bored very easily and decides to "play" with others by turning things or creatures into monsters. She loves ice cream cones, mostly mint-chip flavor, which is how she got her name.

Her relationship with Chip is quite mixed, Mint outwardly dislikes him due to him being her Light Gaia counterpart, but inwardly likes him because she thinks he is funny, cute and always plays with him in her game of "hero vs villain".
