No matter how loud you scream
Or how obvious you are
They’ll never know that you’re in pain
They’ll never look that far

Hidden in your room
You bleed yourself to sleep
When in the dark you feel no shame
These are the memories that we keep

Take the beauty from the flame
Because that’s all that’s left of you
The light in your eyes has been drowned away
By the darkness that encircles you

Your silent desperation
Is the worst part of this misery
No one lends the savior’s hand
You wonder when they’ll see…
